Pete Hyland Photography

I have been operating a photography studio from my home since 1980 when I started a part time business while teaching science at Heritage High School.  Having retired* in 1997 I now devote all of my time to Pete Hyland Photography.  The studio addition to my home in 1985 has given me the chance to work in a very comfortable, professional atmosphere which my subjects find very relaxing.  The outdoor portraits, taken around my home in settings I have built over the years, have a  natural appeal that belie their proximity to the studio. 

Being located in my home I have avoided the overhead that comes with many retail locations and thus my prices are below those of my competitors.  However, in this instance, price is not an indication of quality.  I'll let my portraits speak for themselves.  All portraits are taken by me and you'll feel right at home in my studio as there's not another studio like it.

As a "general practitioner" of photography I'm comfortable photographing teams, family and business portraits, high school seniors, children, events of all types and am also available for commercial assignments.
