                                                                                   Student Ambassador Program

Here's how it works.

If you become the sole representative of Pete Hyland Photography at your school you will receive enough promotional cards from Pete Hyland Photography to give one to every senior classmate at your school.   Prior to distributing the cards you will have signed each card so that if and when a classmate comes to Pete Hyland Photography for his/her senior portrait, and presents the card you have signed, you will be mailed a $15 check.   That's $15 for each classmate who comes here for a senior portrait.  How and when you distribute the cards is up to you but you'll want to avoid doing anything that would interfere with the smooth running of the school day and of course anything that would be illegal or inappropriate.  In other words if you have second thoughts about a distribution idea....don't do it.  The cards would be delivered to you some time in March or April of your junior year and would need to be distributed by the end of April.  There will be a place for you to write your school name and a place for you to sign your name on each card.

In addition:

For being your school's ambassador (liaison) you will receive the following*:

--    A FREE outdoor senior portrait sitting for your own yearbook photo here at Pete Hyland Photography. (worth $60.)

--    A $50 discount on your senior portrait order.

--    16 FREE wallet photos with your order. (worth $53.)

*  To receive the above benefits at least two fellow students must have presented the postcard with your name on it at the time of their portrait session.

So it's to your advantage to make sure you have given one card to every person in your graduating class.  That increases the chances that more classmates will have their yearbook portrait taken at Pete Hyland Photography and you'll receive $15 for each one who does.

Seniors who have had their yearbook portraits taken at Pete Hyland Photography have been saving 30 to 50%* for 30 years.  The average cost of a senior portrait at a major studio is probably around $700.  That's an average which means some people spend even more than that.  Do the math.   50% of that is $350.   Who doesn't want to save $350?   It's certainly worth driving a few extra miles to save between $210 (30%) and $350  (50%).   And what do you have to give up to save that much money?   Nothing.  My portraits are Top Notch, First Rate, Professional, High Quality images that have been appearing in high school yearbooks around Denver since 1980.    How can I do it?   Low overhead.   I'm my only employee.  And I don't have to pay for a high profile, high rent studio location.  I do very little advertising too ( I don't even have a Yellow Pages ad anymore.)   All of those savings are passed on to my customers.  Let's face it, the "studio overhead costs"  don't  appear in your photos so why pay for them.

* 30% to 50%.    Why do I say you'll save "between 30 and 50%"?   Because if your order is small you'll probably save less (say 30%) than you would if your order were larger (more like 50%).  If your order is not small but not large either then your savings will be somewhere between 30 and 50%.  Regardless of the size of your order you're going to save A LOT OF MONEY over what you'd have to pay at a major studio.  And once again, you'll be extremely pleased with the portraits.  Satisfaction guaranteed.

Personal Delivery:

All yearbook portraits are delivered to your school in person by me by the deadline and all portraits meet the school's specifications to the letter.  No senior photographed by Pete Hyland has ever missed being in the yearbook.....not once in 30 years.
